ADULT SWIM— A coached swim workout for swimmers of all ages and levels. Just show up at the lap pool, let the coach know your level, and swim for fitness.
AQUA– One hour water exercise program in the pool.
BLAST— Take fitness to the next level with this high powered functional fitness workout.
CARDIO DANCE— A traditional and energetic aerobic dance class.
CORE FUSION—A core training class fused with exercises from Pilates, Yoga, Back & AB exercises, balance, and stretch.
CYCLE CORE — 30 minutes cycle followed by 30 minutes core. An excellent introduction to two popular class styles.
EXTREME BARRE-A highly intense, non impact, fat-burning and muscle sculpting class which incorporates a ballet barre and light weights.
FIT BALL– Designed to teach the how and why of trunk stabilization and flexibility training using the balls and mats.
KICK-Get physically challenged and learn basic martial arts and kickboxing techniques.
SIZZLE-A super fun and easy to follow dance class infused with international moves and music. HealthQuest’s version of ZUMBA!!!

POWER CIRCUIT— These one hour classes will show you the ropes of athletic performance using all the creative and innovative props on the fitness scene— jump boxes, ladders, balance boards, wall balls, medicine balls, and more.
POWER SCULPT– The class focus is on muscle strength and endurance using light weights, bands, tubes and various props.
SPIN—This class is a 45 minute ride on a stationary bike. We guarantee you’ll sweat !
STEP — Advanced step class with intricate combinations. Great exercise for the mind and body!
YOGA-Another ancient art transcending the mind and body through meditation, relaxation and breath centered postures.

Step Level 1: An aerobic workout designed to get participants used to the common calls and patterns of classes on the step.
Step Level 2: An advanced step class with intricate combinations. Great exercise for the mind and body!
Tai Chi: an ancient form of Martial Arts that increases balance and flexibility, provides stress relief and increase mental alertness.
TL & C: Develop strength, power and flexibility with medicine ball training. The goal is to target the body’s largest muscle group – the legs, and the body’s most important muscle groups for stabilization – the abdominals and back.
Yoga: Another ancient art transcending the mind and body through mediation, relaxation and breath centered around sequential postures.

Aqua: one hour water exercise program in the pool.
Masters Swim: an organized program of swimming for anyone over 18 and sometimes into their 80’s and 90’s. HealthQuest provides on deck coaching for swimmers of all abilities who love the water and enjoy staying fit.
