No Long Term Contracts: You can cancel your membership at anytime and for any reason. All that we require is 30 days notice in writing.

* By signing up for our PayPro plan and having your monthly dues automatically charged to your credit card or checking account, you will save $3 per month on our standard monthly dues.

** All family members must reside at the same address to qualify for the Family Plan. Children must be at least 13 years of age to be eligible for a membership. A new membership with HealthQuest Fitness Center includes two [2] one-on-one meetings with one of our Personal Trainers. Your trainer will help you get started on a program that’s just right for you!

Guest Day Passes and Services

Temporary Guest passes may be purchased for access to all of HealthQuest’s facilities at any time. For additional information on Guest Passes and how to purchase them, please contact the Front Desk staff. All guest passes must be presented at check in. Free Day Passes are limited to two per guest. All long term guest passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost cards may be replaced for a $5 fee with proper identification. Guest passes do not include instruction on use of equipment. Personal Fitness Training is available for an additional fee. We offer special rates for groups to rent studios (e.g.,  Scout troops,  sports teams, school field trips, specialty classes, etc.). For information and pricing please contact the HealthQuest General Manager. Guests of HealthQuest are required to adhere to all club rules and policies. Any misconduct will result in immediate termination of pass and all fees will be forfeited.
