Dalton’s fitness journey started about fifteen years ago and as time has gone on he’s grown to love exercise and its many benefits more and more. He started coaching simply because he’s passionate about it; making it his aim to train himself and others more effectively. Dalton enjoys working toward specific goals, learning new skills, trying out different types of modalities and always seeks to improve his abilities and himself as a person. He has recently found excitement around helping others to make exercise an enjoyable and consistent part of life that impacts day to day life in a positive way.

Dalton’s main experience is built around strength building, bodybuilding style workouts, body composition changes and mobility. He loves training and teaching others to move better, feel better, be healthier and get stronger; all while seeking to help his clients achieve their aesthetic, performance and longevity goals. Additionally, Dalton really loves the great conversations and personal connections that are made through coaching! 

Over the years many of his lessons in fitness came the hard way through hitting plateaus, working around injuries and slowly gaining more knowledge. If he has the chance to go back he’d invest the time and money into getting training so he could avoid some of those pitfalls. Now he gets to help others get started, build a solid foundation and progress in their overall health and fitness.
