Jenny’s passion for fitness, health, and wellness is at the center of everything she does. She grew up playing soccer and has lived a healthy and active lifestyle ever since. She trains with a focus on functional movement by combining strength, agility, and mobility. 

 Jenny is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, each with individual goals and aspirations. Along with years of 1:1 personal training experience, she also has experience in both small and large group training and fitness classes. 

 Jenny is passionate about helping others build a balanced lifestyle while achieving and maintaining their goals. She believes that mindset is everything and that you are always one workout away from a better mood. Her promise to you is that she will always be your biggest hype gal.
