Molly has been working in the aquatics industry for 17 years.  Her love for people and swimming led her to become a certified ISR instructor in 2017. Since her initial training, she has equipped over 1,000 people with life-saving skills in the water.  She is passionate about teaching aquatic problem-solving skills to people of all ages and educating families about layers of protection in and around water.
