We’re getting excited for the return of the inimitable Kat! Fresh from her extended yoga retreat on the beaches of Mexico Kat will be back in Napa in July and will be gracing our studio for some not-to-be-missed yoga workshops! First up; July 31st, a Saturday, from 2-4pm Kat will present her unique blend of Kundalini yoga and Pranayama breath practices that we all know as PRANALINI. In our two hour workshop we will explore movements from Kundalini yoga coupled with energetic Pranayama (breathwork) techniques, these invigorating practices will lead us to a final session of Restorative yoga allowing us to integrate and rest in our newly vibrating energy!
