FALL TRAINING CHALLENGE

HQ Fall Challenge 2023 (8 Weeks)

Duration: 9/25/23-11/20/23

Participation: Minimum 15 members - Max 30 members 

Trainers: Cristian and Teagan 

Purpose: This challenge will provide members with a fitness plan designed by a HQ trainer that caters to their current goals & works with their schedule. Members will learn how to develop a consistent fitness regimen that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. 

This challenge recognizes that consistency is one of the biggest hurdles that members face when making lifestyle changes to improve their health. By learning how to manage and prioritize workouts into their weekly routine, members will increase their likelihood of staying dedicated to working out regardless of what their day-to-day may look like.   

Prizes: Members will gain tickets based on: 1) their attendance, 2) Physique Improvements, 3) Lifestyle Changes, 4) Completion of Fitness Goal. The more tickets a member earns will increase their likelihood to win one of two raffle drawings. Members will be able to enter their tickets into either Drawing A or B. One ticket cannot be used to enter both drawings. There is no max amount of tickets that members can enter to one type of drawing. 

  1. Member attendance: 
    Members will be asked to commit to an XX number of days — number of days will vary by member. They will be expected to workout the full number of days at the gym in order to be considered a full week of participation. Members who complete a full week will be given one (1) ticket to enter into the drawing. The amount of tickets a member earns will be given at the end of the challenge. 

Members will receive a log sheet in their fitness packet. They will need to ask a staff member to log the date they check-in to the gym as well as their check-in/out time. 

Max # of tickets per member = 8 points 

  1. Improvements to Physique: 
    Members will be measured at the beginning and end of the challenge (waist, thighs and upper body). The number of inches lost will be a consideration in assessing improvements to the member’s physique. 

Trainers will determine at the end of the challenge if the member made improvements to their physique and will reward the member with five (5) tickets to enter into the drawing. 

  1. Lifestyle Changes: 
    Trainers will assess members for their commitment to the challenge and the adjustments they made to their schedule in order to stay consistent. Trainers will also assess how members were able to manage their schedule. Life adjustments will vary by member. 

At the end of the challenge, members who made a notable improvement to their lifestyle will be awarded three (3) tickets. 

  1. Completion of Fitness Goal: 
    Members will develop a fitness goal at the beginning of the challenge and expect to complete it at the end of the challenge. 

They will receive five (5) tickets at the end of the challenge if they complete their goal. 

Who Can Sign up? 

Members 18 years of age and up can sign up. 

How to Sign Up? 

  • Tier 1: 
    Fee: $340

  • Training Sessions: One 30 minute 1:1 session with a train every week (4 hrs Total)

Includes: Consultation/fitness assessment, nutrition assistance and access to any trainer who is on the floor for general questions. 

  • Tier 2: 
    Fee: $480

Training Sessions One 30 minute 1:1 session with a train every week (4 hrs Total)

Includes: Consultation/fitness assessment, nutrition assistance, access to any trainer who is on the floor for general questions, and bi-weekly programs.

  • Tier 3: 
    Fee: $600

Training Sessions Two 30 minute 1:1 session with a train every week (8 hrs Total)

Includes: Consultation/fitness assessment, nutrition assistance, access to any trainer who is on the floor for general questions, and bi-weekly programs.
