PRANAYAMA BREATH TECH WORKSHOP WITH KAT sunday june 25 4pm

Join Kat for this ‘inspiring’ two hour workshop centered on our most important link to the life-force… the BREATH. We will inhale with intention and exhale away exhaustion and enervation. You will come away from this feeling cleansed, refreshed, energized and empowered!

Pranayama is the Sanskrit word for ‘energy movement’… the breath is seen as energy or life-force and the way we train our bodies to exchange it with the earth affects every aspect of our physical, emotional and psychological health.

In this session with Kat, we will be trained and led in several different breathing techniques and patterns that can help us cope better in our daily, stressful lives. Techniques to calm and soothe the nervous system will be presented as well as styles to raise energy and build an inner fire.

You can take these teachings with you and use them in your daily life when you need a quick, little mood alteration or consciousness-reforming-reaction in your being.
